The Trinity or Triquetra is a Celtic symbol depicting a knot with three interlocking loops in an enclosed circle symbolizing unity and oneness of mind, body, and soul.
The mind represents our thoughts, consciousness and reasoning abilities. The body is the vessel of our being, the tangible part of our physical existence. The soul represents the energetic or immaterial part of our being, the innate knowledge and wisdom from the beginning of time and our connection to our higher power. The Trinity Knot represents harmony and balance among all three aspects.
Life can get hectic and busy as we navigate the responsibilities of our daily lives. Things can get even more complex if we are navigating our inner landscape, digging deep within to release the hold of the past. As we release attachments it takes time for our energetic bodies to reset and there is a transition period of adjustment. This can be an uncomfortable time, but it will pass.
Mindfulness is a practice that enables us to stay grounded in the present moment while meditation and quiet reflection can help us find the stillness within. When we practice mindfulness and reflection, we can tap into our innate wisdom and find clarity and guidance as we navigate our journey.
This gives us the ability to harness the energy of our thoughts and calm the stress in our bodies and connect with the depth of our soul. During these quiet moments of reflection, we can find the answers we seek. Perhaps we are stuck on a piece of history doing inner work or we are having too many bad days at work. Seeking guidance from within guides us on the true path to healing.
